Customer Care Representative I, II

You'll assist pregnant mothers in finding the best physician, provide cancer patients with support, lessen their financial worries, and more.
Because of the strong teamwork among our Customer Care teams, you'll always have the assistance you need to address issues, assist customers, and advance your career. If someone has a query about a claim, needs help finding a doctor, or has other health-related queries, you will serve as a trusted resource and educator as a customer service representative.

9 and 10-hour shifts over 4 days

  • Mon., Tues., Wed., and Fri. 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (OFF Thursday)
  • Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • 8-hour shifts every 5 days
  • From Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • From Monday to Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • From Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • From Monday to Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • From Monday to Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • From Monday to Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Minimum Conditions

  • Either a Customer Care Representative I or a Customer Care Representative II can fill this post. The level will be decided by the hiring manager based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
  • Customer Care Representative I - Needs a High School Diploma or the equivalent, prior experience, or any combination of training and work that would give an equivalent background.
  • Customer Care Representative II - Requires a High School Diploma or the equivalent, at least one year of work experience with the organization in an automated customer service environment, or any combination of training and work experience that would give a comparable background.

Preferred Experiences, Skills, And Capabilities

  • A drive to go above and above to assist members with their inquiries at the initial point of contact, along with a passion for helping people and the capacity for empathy.
  • A supporter of the consumer who is ready to hear them out and come up with imaginative answers to their problems.
  • A cool-headed person with the ability to use several computer programs simultaneously, communicate effectively, and provide customer service.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and feeling of responsibility toward your coworkers and our members, as shown by actions as basic as being punctual and ready to serve our members' needs, as well as by holding oneself accountable for promises made to clients or others and seeing to it that follow-ups are made.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to changing business and consumer needs.
  • The ability to work remotely from a quiet, private office with an internet connection.
